PARADISO BUFFETS
Our Nacho Buffet includes: seasoned ground beef, shredded mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded lettuce, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, sour cream topping and one Queso of choice.
Queso Choice of: Queso Blanco or Chili Con Queso
Our Taco Bar Buffet includes: 2 meat choices, hard shell corn tortillas, soft shell flour tortillas, shredded mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream topping, Spanish rice, refried beans and one Queso of choice.

*Taco salad shells may be substituted for taco shells

PARADISO PARTY PLATTERS
Our Flautas Party Platter includes: lightly crisped hand-rolled flautas filled with seasoned chicken, roasted red peppers, grilled corn, and mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese; served with jalapeno jelly sauce for dipping.
Our Ultimate Quesadilla Platter includes: large slices of our Paradiso specialty Ultimate Quesadilla stuffed with grilled chicken, bacon, tomato, fresh poblano peppers, and mild cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese; served with lettuce and sour cream.
